1. Software Subscription Refunds

  • 30-day full refund if service is canceled within 30 days
  • After 30 days:
    • $70 per month deducted for each month used
    • No discounts or promotional pricing applied
    • Remaining balance refunded (if any)

2. Physical ELD Devices

  • Non-refundable once delivered
  • If canceled within 30 days:
    • Only the software portion (if any) is refundable
    • Hardware remains non-refundable

3. Defective Hardware

  • Replacement only, no refunds
  • Must be reported within 10 days of delivery
  • Proof of defect required
  • Customer-caused damage not covered

4. Dash Camera Refund Policy

  • 30-day refund window from delivery
  • Full refund only if:
    • No physical damage
    • No tampering or misuse
    • Device returned in working condition
  • Refund issued after inspection
  • Refund processed within 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used subscription periods
  • Physical ELD devices (except replacement)
  • Damaged dash cameras
  • Custom or promotional pricing
  • Shipping and handling fees

6. Chargebacks

  • Customers must contact ELD Nexus before filing a chargeback
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Service termination
    • Loss of access
